What if I never received my order?

If you never received your order or there has been an error with your order, please fill out our Order Issue Form and one of our agents will be happy to assist you.

Does Hoover.com accept returns of Hoover products purchased from another retailer?

No, only products ordered from Hoover.com can be returned through the Hoover website. Purchases made elsewhere have to be returned through the original place of purchase. If you are having issues with a Hoover product, Hoover can support with warranty service.

How long do I have to return my Hoover.com purchase?

Products purchased directly from Hoover.com may be returned for credit within 30 days of the date of purchase.

Does Hoover cover return shipping?

Hoover will provide a pre-paid shipping label to you through email. Any other additional charges related to expedited shipping will not be refunded.

What if I process a partial return?

Please add the model number(s) of the item(s) that will be returned in the description 

When can I expect my refund?

Please allow 4-6 weeks for processing of a return.

How will I be refunded?

Credits are issued via the payment method used for original purchase. Beyond 30 days, credit will only be issued when Hoover determines that the return is due to a mistake made on the original order by Hoover.

What happens to my refund if I return a Hoover product that was a gift?

Refunds are made back to the original form of payment. It can take 4-6 weeks depending on the payment used and the practices of the financial institutions to see the funds credited back.
